The conference will be held on May 2-4 at Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University.
How can I apply?

What is the official procedure of the conference?

The conference will follow the Harvard Procedure.
What happens if delegates miss any sessions?
▼
Delegates who miss more than two official sessions of the conference unfortunately will not receive a certificate of participation.
Is there a dress code?

Yes, there is. The dress code is Western Business Attire. For men, this typically includes a suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes. For women, it includes a business suit (pants or skirt), blouse, and closed-toe shoes.
Will there be a social party?

Yes, there will. The details are to be announced.
Will accommodation be provided?
▼
Yes, it will. Delegations from outside the city can stay at the Mills Hotel with at least one adult advisor. Reservations will be arranged by our logistics team. For further details, please contact us.
How can the delegates get from the hotel to the university and the social event?

Shuttle services will be provided for the delegates staying at the hotel.
